A complimentary champagne toast is included for all guests age 21 and over. Beer, wine, hard seltzers, and soft drinks are available for purchase while on board.

Planning perspective
How I’d plan this experience
I’d choose this cruise for a relaxed, scenery-led evening rather than a high-energy boat outing. Its appeal is simple: two hours on the water, a chance of dolphin sightings, and sunset views from a two-deck boat. That makes it particularly appealing for couples, friend groups and families who are happy to share the experience with other passengers rather than seeking a private charter.
Choose it for the water views, not a guaranteed wildlife encounter
The route combines the Intracoastal Waterway, Clearwater Pass and, when weather permits, the Gulf of Mexico, so the experience has more variety than a cruise that stays entirely in sheltered water. I’d pick an upper-deck seat if being outside and watching the changing light matters most to you; the lower deck is the more sensible choice if you prefer a less exposed setting.
Dolphins are a genuine part of the cruise’s appeal, and traveller feedback repeatedly highlights sightings alongside the sunset. Still, I think it is wise to treat them as a welcome possibility, not the sole reason to book. The most satisfied approach is to see the cruise as an evening of coastal scenery first, with wildlife as a potential bonus.
This suits an easygoing shared evening
With up to 48 travellers on a shared sailing, I’d recommend this to people who enjoy a sociable atmosphere and do not need a quiet, highly tailored experience. The two decks give you a straightforward choice between open-air viewing and a different onboard vantage point, but they do not turn the outing into an intimate private cruise.
For adults who would enjoy a toast at sunset, champagne is included for guests aged 21 and over. Other drinks are available to buy, while outside beverages are not permitted. My advice is to regard the toast as a pleasant touch rather than plan the evening around onboard drinks, particularly if you want to keep the focus on the views.
Build in more time than the minimum for the dock
I’d aim for the earlier 30-minute arrival guidance, rather than treating 15 minutes as a comfortable target. The meeting point is at the fishing and diving center on Seminole Street, with the boat behind the building; giving yourself that buffer should make finding the correct place and boarding feel less rushed. Heavy Clearwater traffic is specifically flagged, and the boat leaves at its listed time.
There is a practical upside for evening departures: parking is free after 6 pm. The key trade-off is that this is not an outing to squeeze between other fixed plans. A late arrival can mean missing the sailing, so leave the final part of your day deliberately open.
Be realistic about weather and boarding requirements
The Gulf portion depends on weather, and cancellations or rescheduling appear in traveller feedback as a real trade-off alongside many positive reports of the crew and scenery. I’d make this a flexible evening in your itinerary, especially if a sunset cruise is a major priority for your trip. The stated policy provides a full refund when cancellation is made at least 24 hours ahead, and weather cancellations are covered.
This is also not the strongest fit for anyone who cannot comfortably manage stairs and step over a railing to board. At low tide, the step can be greater. Infants must sit on an adult’s lap, so families should factor that constraint into whether two hours on a shared boat will feel comfortable.
