Meeting and pickup information
- Please arrive 30 mins prior to your booking. Please go to the tiki booth located on the Sand Key Beach in front of the Sheraton hotel. Boaters Licenses and waivers/rental agreements sent to your email MUST be completed before arrival.

- Up to two riders
- 350-400lb weight limit
- Drugs and Alcohol will not be tolerated. Customers with signs of intoxication or have any alcohol present will FORFEIT their booking with NO REFUNDS.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
